Childhood Dream: To be a famous cowgirl. Not just any cowgirl, I wanted to be the perfect mix of Annie Oakley, Willa Cather and Patsy Cline. A sharp-shooting, expert rider, who could also capture an audience around the campfire with my sensational singing voice or Pulitzer Prize winning stories! I loved these unconventional women, who commanded their own path and in their own way- either public or private were philanthropists and advocates for all women.
